1.  Set up for a heel flip

2.  start your heel flip, but instead of kicking your heel up, push it out so...

3.  once you start the flip push your front foot backward and your back foot forward.

4.  The board should spin heel side and spin varial (Frontside Shuvit Heelflip)

5.  Jump slightly backwards and catch with both feet.
