The Varial Flip:  Difficulty [4/10] Requires:  (kickflip, varial)

A. K. A.  The Frontside Hard Flip

1.  Set up like you were going to do a kickflip

2.  Start pulling a kickflip and push your back foot forward and lift your front foot up.

3.  The board should spin front side and flip upward at your crotch.

4.  Once the board kick flips front side, then let your front foot drop and catch the board with your back foot and throw the front foot on.
