1) Set up like an ollie

2) Pop a 180 with your back foot, but instead of ollying drop your front foot to the ground.

3) Let the board hit your knee and pull it up with your back leg.

4) The board will spin between your legs.

5) Jump back up on with your front foot

This trick is a 180 boneless with out the grab.
