1)  Depending on whether you want to pull a shov-it (front side) or a varial (back side),  front foot in middle, back foot on tail.

2)  Start a Ollie or Manual (depending on how much height you want.)

3)  Push your back foot behind you and your front foot in front of you and jump up and/or a little forward (Shuv-it)

3.5)  Push your front foot behind you and your back foot in front of you and jump up and/or a little backward (Varial)
