The Manual:  Difficulty:  [0/10]

Manual - Wheelie, Balancing over two wheels without letting the board touch the ground.

Nose Manual - Put your front foot on the nose and your back foot over the back truck bolts.  Push down, but don't lean forward, the nose manual is all about the control in your back foot.

Tail Manual - Put your back foot on the tail and your front foot on the front truck bolts.  Push down, but don't lean back, the the tail manual is all about the control of your front foot

Toe side/Heel side manual - Put both feet over the truck bolts, lean forward or backward, balance out over the wheels to make a straight line.

1 Foot Manual Tail - Put your back foot on the tail so your toes are facing the nose.  Now take your front foot off the board and hover it above the nose, this is kind of  funny to get use to on a manual pad or something higher than the ground, I recommend a kickflip for something high, because it is easy to screw up an Ollie North.

1 Foot Manual Nose - look at the above and its easy to figure it out
