The Inward Heel Flip:  Difficulty [4/10] Requires:  (heel flip, shuvit)

1.  Set up your heel flip.

2.  Start your heel flip and push forward with your front foot and backwards with your backfoot.

3.  The board should start to flip upward.

4.  Once you've kicked your front foot out, you need to leave it out and lift it up in the air.

5.  The board should flip like a shuvit flip, but with more arc.

6.  Jump slightly forward and catch.
